As a military family looking for our final destination home, Jenny helped make our dreams come true! Out of state house hunting, especially on a tight timeline, can be such a challenge. I truly enjoyed working with Jennifer McDowell, as my realtor on this land acquisition deal. There are a lot of unknowns when purchasing raw land for future development. We had a great experience with Jennifer as first time VA homebuyers! From the beginning, she walked us through the process and was very flexible with scheduling showings/calls. Once we were under contract, Jennifer did everything in her power to help us through negotiations, inspections, and broker coordination with a difficult seller. Although at times we weren’t sure if we would actually close on the house due to the sellers, we ultimately did close on our home and have no regrets.
